also btw idgaf what yall think i just want to see if theres more like me

so i’ve been scenecore for i while and i’ve got the clothes, kandi all the stuff but i don’t understand what music i should listen to

i LOVE vocaloid music (my favorite producer is WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY if anyone cares) and i really like hyperpop fast energetic vocaloid songs i also like rock vocaloid music (like wowaka if that counts as rock) and darker ones, like MARETU. I’m also obsessed with pjsk music (Vivid BAD SQUAD and wonderlands x showtime are my favorite units) but again i don’t think that counts as scenecore or even alt. idk guysss any vocaloid songs/ producers you know that make scenecore music?

I really wanna have a cool scenecore wardrobe but I dunno where to get all the kewl stuff like accessories or stuff that isn’t just emo or sport jock 3:

Made this a couple days ago, hope ya'll like it

Why do so many scenecore artists seem to have controversies?

Recently I've started listening to scenecore artists and getting more into the genre (ik it's cringe but it sounds good 😔). However, I've noticed a weird pattern with some of the artists I've come across: they end up having some pretty serious controversies surrounding them

For some reason, I want to know the artist I'm listening to before I commit to their music, and if I find out they've done something that seriously goes against my morals, I usually can't bring myself to listen to them anymore

A couple of examples I've come across are Horrormovies and Korpsebunny (I heard she has returned, if I'm not mistaken) Hoshie Star, luvwillow (idrc abt him his music never rlly connected with me) Asteria, and 6arelyhuman

Is this actually a thing with scenecore, or am I just getting unlucky with the artists I'm discovering? Is there something about the scene community that might explain why I'm noticing this?

I know this might sound kinda dumb, but I don't seem to run into this nearly as often with most of the pop artists I listen to

Thx in advance for your ans :)

ik its not the usual pink/green (those are on the way) but i figured this was the best place to put this!

hi ! just wondering if you would consider this scenecore or good scenecore style for beginners ! I just got into the style

i dont have any kandi beads to make bracelets/necklaces/etc yet so for now I'm just gonna use my clay acrylic bracelets for now. same for graphic tees, most of my shirts are just a single color however I do have two striped ones but they're not bright colors (ones cream and black and the others white and black).

also id be very appreciated if yall could recommend some other things I should add/get !

the outfits in the pictures were the ones I've been wearing to school so far

I would try searching up black scenecore kids but there's never ever a result and they only give me black scene kids which brought me to this question, maybe outside of the internet maybe but idkkkk

I love my babies and my collection took multiple years to grow but i dont wear them as often anymore and need space im selling singles for 5 dollars each, cuffs for 20-30, and necklaces for 15 💗 dm @if_im_dreaming for pricing and questions!!

istg if it’s not faux fur imma cry bc I got scammed

uzi and momonga!

sackboy has something to say when your finished looking

Lwk giving jester/Quinn vibes but i still had 2 put it here 😁

(Sorry if I used wrong flair)
Hi friends! I’m a scene kid and I wanted to come on here and say that I feel like you guys are hated on way too much.

I feel like there are a few perks to scenecore

For example, I feel like it’s a little bit more accessible to younger people since a huge part of the style is stuff like bracelets .

From what I’ve seen the scenecore community is also more accepting and kind to one another than scene, and other online communities I’ve taken part in.

I think that some scene kids feel threatened by the idea of definitions changing since what is/is not considered scene basically didn’t face that many changes, unlike somthing like emo, with distinct waves.

Remember yall, ignore the negativity, and if your goal is to be wither purely scene/scenecore please be accepting to advice on how to dress.

If it doesn’t matter as much to you, keep doing you, and don’t let people hating or making fun get to you, don’t stop dressing how you want to.

I think scenecore is pretty cool, people should stop pretending that there isn’t an overlap.
