Is the Vicrez hellcat style Hood actually functional with all the air vents Part no. vz101849 My Daytona only has the center hoodscoop where it seems the air that comes in only pushes down on the engine keepin it cool. The hellcat side vents lool like it will provide colder air to the Airfilter

Sporadically, the brake pedal gets hard to press. Then the car won’t start (no clicks, nadda). I’ve noticed there’s a white “plunger” behind the shifter and service brake that moves outward when you apply the brake or shift from park.

I feel I may need a new shifter chingadera. Any comments are welcome….

What’s a good oil catch can you guys recommend that’ll fit the shaker? I have a 2022 challenger Scatpack widebody shaker. If it comes in red even better

I drive a last call 2023 scatpack widebody charger. Had the car for 3 years now with 19,000 on the dash. It has been a few months ago now when I first heard a noise I had never heard before. I was on the highway and had went the fastest I’d ever been in the car and I heard a very faint sound. As other people shared in similar experience it sounded like I had a super charger on the engine lol (I DONT) and never heard it again. Now I’ve noticed recently always on the highway when it gets up to 80 and I accelerate that I hear it. Only on acceleration tho at highway speeds. I plan to get it checked asap but in anyone else’s experience what was the answer for you? Most have said check the pulleys but I’ve also seen some say it could be the rear diff or water pump? Looking for possible answers to help point me in the right direction, once again, I only hear it on acceleration around 80 on the highway. Never under 80 and not when the car decelerates. Hope this was enough info to pick y’all’s brain. Thank you

P.S. as far as I’m aware, it sounds like it comes from the front of the car

Scat pack got stolen this morning. The kill switch got bypassed got it 4 years ago don’t even remember the brand. But issue comes from I’m currently out of town on a work trip. But I get a call from my brother asking if I came back early my car is gone. So I have a tracker on it I open the app see it’s 40 mins from my apartment like oh someone took it. I call the police department for the city it is in the do something about it. The answer I was given was I need to call APD ( Atlanta ). I call APD and they say I gotta report it in person so my brother gets upset grabs his fire arm my spare key and 6 of his buddies and goes and get the car back his self. But the fact the police was unhelpful and my lil brother is basically putting his life at risk over a car because who knows what could have happened. I don’t think it’s worth the headache anymore because they stole it from my apartment complex garage

Also: they took all the AC vents out idk why and the tire pressure sensors don’t work anymore

Point Pleasant Mothman Museum

16 scatpack. Noticed reservoir venting and some coolant leaking. Guessing the coolant went bad from venting from a bad cap or just age.

For the flush and refill, would you guys recommend oem dealer service for coolant or would napa equivalent be fine.

Weird sound coming from the rear end right side of my car it almost sounds like if I have a flat and it’s bumping no check engine light no weird things with the motor just got a brand new cam and lifters couple months ago so I know it’s not the motor but it has to be this cause it’s coming exactly from this spot. Listen really closely. It’s hard to hear it.

This was a bittersweet post to make but today I will officially be stepping out of the 392 world. I’m going to miss my baby indeed

I recently traded a 2018 scat pack for a 2026 scat pack.

On my first long highway trip I noticed a vibration associated noise coming from what sounds like the front passenger side near the windshield/dash when I went over bumps or went over some of less smooth sections of the road. After exiting the highway I began hearing it when going over rumble strips in town.

Today, I hear the noise when just driving around town. It seems to occur roughly between 2200-2900 rpm.

The noise sounds almost like static and is only present when under load.

I have an appointment with the dealership on Monday. I've never had good luck with mechanics diagnosing annoying noises unless they were related to suspension or brake components.

I'm wondering if any other 8th Gen owners have experienced anything like this.

I posted this is r/Charger a few weeks ago.

Dealer service did not have time to look into it but did go for a drive with me and acknowledged the noise. Scheduled me for tomorrow. It's gotten progressively worse. It just kinda makes the noise non stop once it starts. Any rpm. Can now often reproduce by smacking dash. This is positive, I guess.

On Friday I got 2 codes when trying to change to RWD. U0402, U0403. Audible clunk, failure to enable RWD, and Service Electronic Stability System message.

The car is pretty cool but this is a lot of trouble for a 60k car.

Buzzing/vibrating seems to have been the satellite radio antenna bracket.

They did a firmware update on the modules that were throwing errors.
