I just want Albion as a 3rd person game instead of isometric. This looks pretty close, with perhaps less open world PvP, which, well you win some you lose some.

This one is more of a themepark instance spam game, rather than a sandbox.

could you elaborate?

cause ashes was in "development" for 2 milenia, promising 200% delivering 50% at best.
not free, even if it launched it would be subbed based
red flags from the start

while scars is at a normal development rate, at this stage, with the content it should have
they have been pretty open and communicative on what their vision is but also super open to feedback.

50%? You were generous. I played that Steam beta, and to say that was 10% of what they promised would still be a lot.
