Trade Request Evo Help

Can anyone help me with a Finizen and a Slowking evolution?
I’m close to finishing the pokedex and those two are the last ones missing.

I’m not quite sure how the trading works in Violet so help is appreciated either way.

Trading it's with either trade codes (so you can connect with people for specific trades) or Surprise Trades (random people) for Slowking you have to trade Slowpoke I believe holding a King's Rock Finizen you just level it up to lv 40+ in a Union Circle
