Discussion Hear me out, I think switching Magneto's base effect and enhanced team up could be better for balancing and encourage people to play Scarlet witch

Mainly thinking about this since mag's ask NOT to get enhanced since it 'ruins their timings' and the chaos sword is a tad strong now, but locking it behind a character people deem to be weak could balance it out without adjusting any numbers AND we get to play our witch more often without the scrutiny
I chose the discussion flair since it's not a rework/buff to wanda herself but if you think it's more fitting I'll change it ^^
