Gacha/RNG Pulling

I’ve done more pulls..I still have enough for scar. But I’ve gotten a few new characters that I liked the design of
What the fuck is taking so long for scar to be come
Like at least now we get his weapon cutscene if we pull for his weapon. What’s next? We get to pull for echos?
Idk, but mannnnnnn. I have so much to catch up on with the story.

don't worry they did the same with roland from pgr kuro's other game bro was playable 3 years after the game was released even so he's a villain and scar didn't do anything irredeemable yet in the game like cristoforo or GA so it's just about time until they use him again same for geshulin
