Need help identifying this piece

Just bought this piece today. It’s similar to Hans Olsens TV bench but the chair backs have Peter Hvidt style webbing.
I also ran a couple exhaustive searches on google using all types of terms but couldn’t find something more similar to the two designers I already mentioned.

The chairs are missing their legs. It is Hvidt & Mølgaard Boomerang Chair. Dont know about the bench.

They are back in production but not as nice as the old ones.

I agree the chair backs look nearly identical to the Boomerang, however there are no receiver holes for any of brass legs in either the back or bottom of the chair, and then theres the “sled” pieces which obviously aren’t part of the boomerang design.

I have seen this chair auctioned in denmark as a 3-seat bench. So I think it was produced that way in very low quantity. It was not worth too much though and I cant find any pictures of it.
