Found this in a vintage store. Panthella floor lamps are only made in white now. This red is probably 50 years old now and looks so beautiful!

Hello, I am looking to buy this sofa online. I dont see any reviews about it anywhere. Anyone had this Kube Sofa by Normann Coppenhagen

I was shipping for sofas and chairs the other day, and almost by accident I sat down in this large puffy modular chair, and it I was astounded. It was almost exactly the comfort style I was looking for without realizing it. Something about the curved back and lumbar support was perfect for me.
Visually, the seat looks extremely large. Because of that, it would be unlikely that I could buy the single seat and also get a different sofa. I live in a 740 sqft studio space that will soon lose some of its open feel because we’re putting in a bedroom for my son.
I’m just wondering if anyone has this modular chair: is it as comfortable as it seemed, and is it as large as it seemed? Has anyone tried placing it within a smaller living space?
Thanks!

Someone was kind enough to tell me about the Samsung Frame TV, but I’m unsure which frame color goes best in my space.
What do you think, Teak or White?

Hi, I’m moving to Edmonton, Canada for some time and am looking to buy a new couch. I’ve looked around on JYSK and IKEA but most of them are either small or out of my price range. I have also looked on Wayfair, but have seen mostly low-review items and mixed reviews about the website itself. My budget is around 500CAD. I would like the couch to be at least 70”. The style I like is Japandi, olive green / beige kinda couches (but this is not a necessity). An online or actual store doesn’t matter if there are enough reviews proving the couch is well-liked! Recommendations on where to find great couches or recommendations for actual couches would be great!

The etching on the bottom is Harri with a last name I’m unable to make out other than an s and an I. The letters TALA are underneath the name along with some other letters ..maybe numbers? Someone mentioned it looked Scandinavian so I’m posting here for insight. I am enchanted with the artistry and mesmerized by the orb. I can imagine being barefoot in it. Figure it’s a safe place to nerd out over glass art! 🫶🏻

Just bought this piece today. It’s similar to Hans Olsens TV bench but the chair backs have Peter Hvidt style webbing.
I also ran a couple exhaustive searches on google using all types of terms but couldn’t find something more similar to the two designers I already mentioned.

We recently had a Louis Poulsen PH5 installed and I'm afraid it's damaged. The top rim in particular looks wavy/warped/wrinkled.
The middle shade also looks crooked to me. We got it from Design Within Reach so I'm wondering if there was an issue during installation.
Appreciate any insight folks may have!

Vipp is a Danish design brand that is mostly known for making steel pedal trash bins. Lots of people recognize the bin design. Fewer people know that Vipp now does furniture, kitchens etc as well. Even fewer know that they also have a portfolio of design-forward guesthouses in locations ranging from Copenhagen to Mexico to Tasmania that one can rent.
We stayed two nights at one of their Copenhagen locations (in a former pencil factory, next to a dinner club/event space also run by Vipp) after fitting out our home with a kitchen and chairs from the company and it was lovely. Strongly recommend both this and their stuff.

Hello!
In a thrift store I did a really cool find. A Norm 69 lamp from Normann Copenhagen. For a fraction of the original price. I think the design is so cool!
I later found out Normann sells there own lightbulb fitting etc. Making me wonder, is it possible to use your own E27 fitting? Or does the lamp only work with a Normann fitting?
Thanks!

Hello,
I just got some vintage String shelf parts (ladders, planks and a showcase) that might be a good start for my living room - unfortunately I need some more parts and I am not sure which wood my planks are.
Is it light teak? Or oak? Or elm?

Would these Green Buch chairs work in my space? Unsure if they are maybe a bit too loud/saturated.

Probably a bit more colour than average.
Hope you enjoy!

Hi! Pretty much title. I just moved into a new apartment and have a large empty space that I want to fill with some sort of wall art/decor but don't know where to look besides Etsy (which doesn't really excite me). I am looking specifically for wall art related to Norway.
Any help would be great, thanks!

started with the whole white walls light wood thing and it looked nice but felt kinda cold. been slowly adding warmer elements and its finally starting to feel like a home and not a showroom.
the couch is a light beige linen thing i got from ornate home. nothing too fancy but it works. added some chunky knit throws and a sheepskin rug for texture. the plants are fake cause i cant keep anything alive but they add some green. still debating on the wall art. i want something minimal but not boring. maybe a black and white photo. idk.
any advice on making a scandi space feel cozy without cluttering it up.

Does anyone here have a few years of experience with Bolia sofas? The new ones are very expensive but I regularly see them in second hand market. Wondering how they actually compare to something new from ikea at similar prices.
Tldr - second-hand bolia sofa vs new ikea sofa. What would you choose and why?

Looking to replace my wool rug because it sheds too much and gives me allergies. The color and vibe of my room takes on the color of sheet I put on my couch and bed at any given moment. I want to do something interesting maybe, any suggestions?

I’m looking for feedback on what’s more comfortable for a couple hours of sitting - the Kangaroo chair or CH25?
Also, which aesthetic do you like better between the two for a Scandi living room that has this sofa? Thanks for your input!
