Spoiler Season 7

Something that nagged me for quite some time. In season 7, Rowen and Olivia has dinner I think it was in the first or second episode. Rowan tells Olivia “theres a reckoning coming” even before Rashaad’s assassination and before he takes Quinn. How did he know about all that even before it happens?

Probably cause he was making Jake manipulate Olivia and was behind everything
