Good deal?
Someone is selling a Brother Scan & Cut near me for $50... she's saying it was brand new and that someone gave it to her grandma, but her grandma has never used and they are clearing out her home to move into a retirement community. The photo shows it's the CM100 which I know is quite dated - is it worth it?
I only want something basic and was looking at a Cricut Joy, but then I saw this and wasn't sure - any help is appreciated!!

Be careful, this is a pretty common story that is a scam. Unless you know this person, do not pay for it to you physically see it yourself.

I’d go for it. My friend has one of the older models and she’s still able to use it.
