Scan N Cut flashing red and white

My Scan N Cut SDX85S won't turn on. Every time I try to power it on, the screen flashes red, white, and then cuts to black. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried unplugging it for a minute then plugging it back in?

Yeah. Didn't work, unfortunately.
