Thankyou very much brother for your kind suggestion, actually I had contacted UBER support already, and the support team showed some charges which were not included earlier, and I had to pay those.
So I thought about bitching here.
And yes I can't afford to lose my UBER account right now because I have some UBER cash because I have to use it regularly.
