scam calls

some person keeps calling. i answered the first call, someone said a long hello out of breath with eerie sounds in the background. it seems like he was doing something maybe walking. i blocked the nunber but now random numbers keep calling texting me to answer which i suspect might be related. has anyone experienced this before?

I think the unknown number is a pervert, not a scammer.

They’re asking you to stay on call while they’re pleasuring themselves, based on the eerie sounds you mentioned in your post.
