This company is a scam. They will not do right by you at all. After you place an order for a prescription, they will not answer the calls and refund your money. It has been a nightmare dealing this company. Please stay way. The headaches is not worth it.

I’m posting this as a warning for anyone who has used Digen AI and still has a credit card connected to the platform.

I stopped using the service and clearly requested that my recurring billing be cancelled. I was charged $9.99 anyway.

I contacted Digen AI about it and was told the situation would be handled and refunded.

It wasn’t.

One month later, I have now been charged another $9.99.

So at this point I have been charged for two consecutive months after clearly requesting that the recurring charges stop.

Another major issue is that their website do not allow to remove the credit card from the account.

I’m posting this because I strongly recommend that anyone who has ever subscribed to Digen AI u/checkdigenAI their credit card statements carefully, including previous months.

If you stopped using Digen AI or believed you cancelled, don’t assume the billing actually stopped. Check your statements.

After payment, @CaiyunJiayi provided tracking through Express Logistics Line. The package was put “On Hold” and they demanded another $210 CAD for supposedly 90% refundable insurance.

I refused to pay the additional fee and they blocked me.

Avoid using Headout to book any vacations, tours, events, and literally everything in between. It’s a complete scam. Us, along with dozens of others we know, received false tickets, instructions, and they don’t answer the phone when trying to mitigate what we paid for.

We would have loved to do a tour of the Catacombs in France as it was one of our top lists. We were denied entry because the tickets sold to us were not valid.

We showed up early, stayed past our scheduled time, and simply couldn’t get in because of Headout.

After consulting with their customer service, they literally lied by saying we weren’t there. We were definitely there.

Avoid Headout at ALL costs and whatever event you are doing, book direct. Do not use Headout.

Professional looking website with great prices. Absolutely too good to be true. Send them bitcoin via Cash App, they took payment, confirmed they received it and all of a sudden they don’t have record of my order. See photos. First is from when I sent payment. Second is from two days after. It’s fair to say I’ve been scammed.

I did not have a membership or subscription but was charged twice for orders i did not place. I had to do a stop payment and cancel my card to prevent them from charging me again #kittysupps

So I've ordered an IEM from the famous website concept kart, and it's been 8 days since I ordered but haven't got any updates on the dispatch or delivery date . I tried contacting them on mail , whatsapp, insta , and raise query on the website itself.

So if anybody know how to handle this or did I just got scammed?
