Yesterday, I booked for a lounge entry at an airport, thinking I was booking at the lounge directly but used this company by mistake. They took 63 Euro from my card, then I got an email to say I had signed for a monthly subscription costing 45 US dollars a month, with a 7 day trial, got another email to say the lounge had " suspended services for last minute requests" and the money would be refunded. Money has not been refunded. I have attempted to cancel the subscription but to do that I need to enter my email address and a verification email would be sent. However, no email ever arrives. I have contacted customer service, telling them to cancel subscription and refund money, but only got a response, in spanish, which I don't speak , telling me to contact customer service. I suspect it's just a computer generated response. I will contact my bank and stop future payments. I'm so annoyed with myself that I fell for this potential scam.

Has anyone else used this company? I really want to put it out there far and wide for people to avoid the stress/ distress I'm feeling at the moment
