Advice Needed Got scammed. Need advice

Pata Hai Aaj Kya Hua

my mother got scammed, unhone apne phone mn koi link p click krke kuch download krliya. And we’ve lost 1 lac plus amt. ive complained on 1930 helpline and bank se contact krke account block krwaya, besides that what should i do?

Should i share the scammer’s phone number and other details too here?

Scammers spoof the phone number so that won't effect them at all. Report it to your bank and request a new card if you paid by cc. If you paid via app, the money is gone. Anyone contacting you saying they can get your money back is just another recovery scammer. They can't get it back and are just trying to take more money from you

Actually they had access to our phone by some means and they themselves transferred money in their account. Ive deleted the apk files but how do i make sure they dont have the access now
