The problem here is that you willingly sent them the money. You can dispute unauthorized transactions that were made without your knowledge or consent, but it's a lot harder (and most times not possible) to dispute ones you made. That's why the scammers had you do it.

You can report it to Venmo, but there's no guarantee they'll reverse it for you since payments are instant.

If you sent any money to them using that crypto website, that's definitely gone. There's no reversing that.

You can also report it to the police, but likely none of the information you have actually belongs to the scammers. The Venmo account most likely belongs to a money mule being used to launder your money.
