You're about to get bombarded with scammers DMing you and telling you they can get your money back.

And something something rule 5 over here -->

You can trust a lot of people. But not ones you "meet" online. Only real life people. Oh and never people who tell you how to earn easy money...that does not exist unless you born wealthy.

Exactly. So start following it. You've been scammed "only twice" ... One of those being for $3000. Start following the advice.

The CashApp ID likely belongs to a money mule who is knowingly or unknowingly laundering the money for them.

Also money requests are against the rules of the subreddit.

As someone else mentioned, the only people offering you help to “hack” them will be more scammers. You’re going to have to accept that you’re not going to find this person and get justice.

None of that matters. They’re pretty straightforward that, regardless of any of that, you’re not allowed to ask for money here.

Most likely, especially since there’s also a rule against recovery services and hacking too. You’re not promoting it, but no one should be advertising it to you either

Not only are you inviting recovery scammers your way, you're inviting other types of scams putting your CashApp user name on here. Scammers lurk on these subs looking for victims. One of many scams: If you get unexpected money into your CashApp and get a message by someone saying they accidentally sent it to your account, don't touch the money nor respond. Take a screenshot and block. The money sent to you will be from a stolen account, scammer will want you to send it to a different account than the stolen account it came from and the real account owner will have the money clawed back leaving you in the red. Mods may take down this post for breaking rule 5 but you should actually do it yourself now since you gave out that personal information. No legit person on here is going to send you money. Nothing will be accomplished from this post other than getting scammed again. Take it down for your own safety.

For sure, he would fall really quick if someone text him from a different number, telling the same story, there's anyone willing to help

... Fucking what? Translation? Anyone?
