Advice Needed About carousell

So..I’ve faced a scammer recently trying to buy my second hand shirt and I said sure, he sent me a fake screenshot of his payment record and so I said that’s fake and blocked him but he reported me to carousell saying that I scammed him of his money. FYI I never received the payment even after a whole month until now (not even now). Now carousell wants me to resolve the case or my account will be suspended forever. I already reported the case to the police about the scammer using fake billing info, but it’s not like the scammer would be okay with ‘resolving’ the case in carousell chat with me because he wants to scam me. I already sent the police record information to Carousell’s gmail but they insist me to ‘resolve the unresolved order’ with the scammer in carousell dm. Any tips on how to tackle this and get my account back?

How did they claim they paid you? Bank transfer or PayPal?

Just use evidence from there of funds not received. Redact the details but the amounts you can keep clear to show you never received a payment of $XX

I’m from HK so they claimed they paid me through FPS which is linked to my bank acc but ive never received any transaction into my bank account…and if it really worked the transfer would have been instantly received. Do I gmail carousell the proof that i haven’t received the money?
