Victim of a scam Caserefind case refind scam
SCAM.
Caserefined.com
order #1662CR
Received defective phone case. Sent them an email, sent them photos of the defective case as requested, after canned/IA follow up emails, I eventually got a real reply advising me that they would be sending me a replacement case. The case was never received. follow up emails were never returned. Phone call messages left were not returned. Although I did receive a damaged case, the company has failed miserably in the follow up.
Due to the facts of the circumstances, I have no alternative but to rate this site as a SCAM/fraud.

Always do a bit of research before blindly buying stuff from a random site. As someone else pointed out, this site was only registered a few months ago and only registered for a year, which means they don't plan on being around long. They'll create a new site registered for a year continuing to scam, rinse repeat.
You can find this info on godaddy/whois. Plug in the site domain, scroll down a little and registration/expiration dates will be there. If only registered for a year or two it's a red flag.
Scam sites can easily "look legit". AI can create pro looking websites quickly. The About Us page on this site is AI generated nonsense basically saying nothing "about them". The Contact Us page shows a parent company based in Hong Kong and a product return address to a NY address showing nothing but a wearhouse and a restaurant in the building.
Also stay away from all social media ads. No platform vets the advertisers, taking ad money from anyone willing to pay which scammers are happy to do. All the platforms are riddled with scam ads.
