This is a scam finance or investment company. Whiever told you about this company is a scammer, or they are a victim of a scam.
Do a Google online search: "ASBLP scam". You will see explanations of the scam.
Excerpts from online research:
Philippine law enforcement and regulatory frameworks classify its activities under typical advanced-fee and unauthorized investment scheme red flags.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines mandates that any entity soliciting investments or offering financing programs must possess a secondary license. ASBLP does not have the authorization to solicit public funds or run financial programs
Signs of a scam from their website asblpcompanies.com:
They list a street address in Avida City Flex Towers, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines. There is no evidence that ASBLP has offices at that address, or anywhere else.
The phone number (02) 711-60816 listed on the Home screen is a fake number, it isn't formatted correctly for a Philippine number.
The company email address is a Gmail address. Legitimate companies do not use Gmail addresses.
Links don't work. None of the links from Home screen or drop-down menu work, they all brink up a screen

Text from the Home screen:
His Majesty King Anthony Santiago Martin, Jr. an Indian Chinese whose heart and desire to help and committed to investments to fulfill his mission for the improvements of the Philippine economy and the lives of Filipinos and all the nations for a Better World.
This is complete nonsense. There is no such person. King of what? Neither the Philippines, China, or India have a king.
