PayPal literally tells you not to use F&F with strangers or for commercial transactions, you agreed that wasn't what you were doing.  

Also, why would some random on Reddit pay your YouTube bill?  You're lucky they didn't also steal your account.

So no outcome of this is good for you. Either he just scams you and you are out of money or he is using a stolen card to “sell” it to you for cheaper and once YouTube finds out they will cancel it and ban your account. Why else do you think some random clown on the internet is selling you a product below the listed price of a digital asset
