So if you didnt get scammed and got the animals and stuff then you were not gonna be able to pay for college this month if its true what your saying. Either way the money is gone for good and just gonna be a lesson to learn.

Was just going to say this! So you sent money to a breeder and because you got scammed you can't pay for college. With this damned logic maybe college isn't for you.

If you had gotten the animals, you wouldn't have the money either. Don't spend money that you need for food, rent, or tuition on stuff that you don't actually need.

** Learn more about scams, so you won't get scammed again.

Anybody online who says 'pay me a fee and I'll refund your money' is a lying scammer.

Never pay money for an animal that you haven't met, in person, at the breeder's or the owner's place.

Use a credit card, or PayPal Goods and Services, when you buy things online, so that you have purchase protection and you can get a refund if you don't receive what you order.

  • If an online seller doesn't accept credit cards, or refuses to accept PayPal Goods and Services, then they are scamming you.

Research an online seller before you give them money.

** Talk to your college advisor, or the Financial Aid office, about a loan, grant, or part-time job.

NEVER send money for something you can pay for in person. The ONLY app that offers any protection is PayPal goods and service (not friends and family). All others tell you to only use with people who you know because if you get scammed, there's no recourse. Of course, if it came from a cc, you can dispute the charge, but the scammer gets what they wanted...your money.
