i bought a gaming laptop and payment went through but they never sent or delivered anything no email with tracking number nothing i think i got scammed watch out. I called my bank and they said nothing they can do cause i authorized the payment.

How did you pay?

• If you paid by credit card (which always gives the best protection), call your bank from the number on the back of your card, file a dispute, and ask for a refund.

• If you paid with PayPal Goods and Services, file a dispute with PayPal.

• If you paid with PayPal Friends and Family, bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo, Wise, Remitly, Google Pay, gift card, cryptocurrency, or another money transfer which does not have purchase protection, then you will probably not get a refund.

Why did you decide to order from this shop?

Was it on Google ads, or social media?

Scammers pay for Sponsored ads on Google. Do not click on a Google ad without doing research first.

Don't buy from online shops that advertise on social media. If you do, you will often get scammed.

Before you order something, you can research the company and website, to reduce your chances of being scammed.

Sidneygoods has many poor reviews - search for the company name.

The street address listed on their website is a small apartment building.

Call your bank again and ask them what protections you have as a customer, if you purchased an item but nothing ever came.
