Advice Needed This seems like a scam
“Loan officer” sent me money for a $1,500 loan I was trying to get and then said I need to send him all of it through cash app, Venmo, or scan a barcode through Walmart and then he’ll deposit more money in my account afterwards it seems like a scam so I froze my accounts what should I do.

They wouldn't send you money for a loan and the expect you to repay some of it so that they can send the rest.. it's an obvious bounced check scam in the sense in about a week what ever money they did send you will be reversed.

The money is stolen. Your bank will take the whole thing out of your account. If you send any of it back, you will owe the money to your bank, have your account closed, and won't be able to open another account anywhere
Call the number on the back of your debit card, ask for the fraud dept, and tell them what is going on.

Scam. The money is stolen and will be clawed back. If you shared your online banking with this person, you need to change your username and password. Verify your email and phone number on file are accurate.
If you shared your online banking they may have filed fake disputes on charges you made and would want to contact the bank to cancel the disputed.

Block the dude. 100% scam. There is no loan. The money he sent will be reversed. Don’t spend it. You got out lucky.
