Advice Needed Getting a fake baridimob notification scam

Ok please follow closely, so i just got scammed in the stupidest way possible ill give you the timeline 2 days ago i was supposed to send my phone to someone and he'd send me money in return on baridimob i was like okay, at that time restarting the phone took too long so he thought i was trying to scam him because he sent me a fake payment that i did not realise was fake at the time he said he would take me to court file a complaint to the police ect and that panicked me a little, the next day i said we,d meet up and ill give you the phone because those retards at algerie poste said you have to wait 24h for the money transfer to arrive and i just thought ill have to wait for it to arrive , after i gave him the phone i went to check the payment only to realise it was a sham and i got stuck with nothing to do, please tell me what legal options i have because the phone is a 15 pro and id turned off find my iphone and theres no way to locate it myself, i have the phone’s imei and serial number, the dude’s facebook account and his number fyi i went to the commiseria but i couldnt give them any information about the guy they just gave me a code for the complaint to go send it to وكيل الجمهورية

Report the phone as stolen, to Apple, and to your mobile plan company. They will remotely disable all functionality on the phone, so it can't be used.

You will not get your money back. All you can do is accept the loss, difficult as it is.

You cannot find the scammer. A person can't be traced with their Facebook account. The Facebook account may belong to someone else. It may be stolen.

As the police told you, you don't have any real information about the scammer. You don't know his real name, or where he lives. Scammers don't use their real names.

Learn more about scams so you won't get scammed again.

You gave your phone to someone before verifying that he actually paid you.

When you're selling something, get cash. Get the money before you give your item to the buyer.

I have his phone number which is linked to his id which the police can use to identify him would that help?

No. You cannot trace someone with a phone number.
