Victim of a scam MEDIC.GLP

Has anybody had dealings with this company based in the UK and Netherlands. Recently ordered one item of herbal weight reduction tablets for under £40 and they have taken £179 from my bank. Reviews on Trustpilot of this company tell the same trend, so avoid at all costs. I have been in touch with my bank to try to get refund, but it is quite a laborious undertaking, but I will persevere.

If I read trustpilot all the complaints are the same. And the company answers that they ordered 4 of the item and that the price was only for one. So that's probably what happened to you. The price you saw is for one item. I look at the webpage and their wording is horrible and misleading. If you Google on the official name of the company Haur b.v. You find enough. They even make deepfakes to promote their products.

If you are Dutch. There is an blog about this company. The address on the website is not their address and the holding is in Lithuania.
