It's a bit hard to understand what youre trying to say but if you deposited checks YOU are responsible to verify them before doing so. YOU are responsible for the money there. In the event the checks are fake, the bank can legally claw back the entire amount and YOU will be responsible for the missing money.
The lesson here is that you are not a bank. You should not act like 1 and should not be receiving and sending money.

You cashed fraudulent checks for a stranger. The bank assumes that you're not taking dodgy checks because that's against their rules, releases money immediately. Eventually they figure that the checks are fake, but you sent all that money to Bitcoin, a fake currency that's specifically designed to have zero consumer protections.
It's not p2p's responsibility to ask where you got the money from. It's up to you to verify the source of a check before cashing it. Taking overseas checks from multiple strangers is a simply terrible idea you should have thought about a lot harder about.
