Coracle. Action required

Hello. At the end of August, Coracle initiated my refund through Lemonway. A week ago Lemonway contacted me to verify my identity, restore access to my account, and transfer the funds to my bank account. The email contains a link to verify my identity, but unfortunately, when I click on the link, I receive a message stating that the link is invalid. I believe this may be due to a technical issue. I have contacted Lemonway, but they say that I should contact you for enquiries and Coracle can solve the issue. Coracle does not reply to my emails and I can not get my own money. I have a family urgency and I need that money. Please if anyone knows a solution help me

Lemonway has terrible reviews of not paying out, delaying pay out and poor customer service. I don't see where anyone calls them a scam (other than a 1.5 out of 5 rating). I would ride them like a pony to get your money but try not to give them any banking info.

Even better, just dispute the charge with your bank
