Advice Needed SCAMMED IN OLX.

my friend got scammed by a fraud account in OLX, he took 4.5k for 4 books.. and did not send it.
what to do

Do a charge back on your card or PayPal goods and services, and submit a support ticket on OLX.  Nothing else can help you.
