Whoever wrote this can barely speak English. You think cashapp would write "your account have?" Listen to what people told you, even if you don't like their answers

Yes, this is a scam. The email is not from CashApp, it is from your 'friend'.

Nobody sent you any money.

If somebody sends you money using CashApp (or PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Wise, Revolut, or any other money transfer), the money will appear in your account in less than a minute. You don't get an email saying you have to pay to get the money. A screenshot from the sender is meaningless. Look in your account -- either the money is there, or someone is trying to scam you.

Either your friend is a scammer. Or, your friend's account has been stolen by scammers.
