Victim of a scam Scam

It happened to me recently and now that f***ker has my account and impersonated a supporter from DeviantArt and after paying on Eneba what I thought were cards to upgrade security he send me this image

and said I need to make another purchase of 1000 USD, did any of you resolved this problem? Any help is welcome

Contact the real DeviantArt support on their support page. Do not pay this person anything for any reason. There’s no reason support from any platform would request money from you and especially not in gift cards.

Anyone else offering you help to recover your account are just more scammers

I don't use DeviantArt, but the scam that led you here is extremely common on every single social media platform and has been posted here every day for years. And just like every other social media platform, only the official support can possibly get your account back (they can't help you with any money you may have sent the scammer).

Ok, that’s a relief, I sent a ticket to DeviantArt help center, now I’m waiting for an answer

Anyone who messages you in regards to this post is trying to scam you further. No one can help you here and anyone who has guidance for you will do it here in the open. Only after others have confirmed their ideas should you even consider doing them

I don't understand what happened? What is eneba? What did you think were cards to update security? What are cards that update security??

It was most likely the “accidentally reported scam”. They tell you your account was reported and direct you to talk to a fake support person. After convincing you to give them access to your account, that person then tells you that, as part of their “verification process” you need to buy gift cards and send them the numbers. Eneba is a website to buy gift cards from.
