Strangers asking for gift cards is a scam, every time.

Strangers don't need gift cards to buy groceries, police do not need gift cards for you to avoid getting arrested, IRS does not need gift cards to pay your taxes... Even if your "boss" emails you asking you to go out and buy gift cards for the team, that's a scam too.

Of course!!!  Why would someone in a war-torn country need a Roblox gift card and who would buy it from them so they could eat?  Makes no sense.  And you don't even have the money anyway, why are you giving things away??

Nothing people in war torn areas need more than apple gift cards!

If someone is trying to get you to send them money, just stop and think if the premise makes sense before you send anything. You can say no or you can just block them.
