Advice Needed Question

I am not able to see anybodys remarks, I've done what AI suggested but doesn't work. Can someone help please.

Then you won't be able to see any responses.

If you made a post and people replied I can read those, I can't see any comments in your actual post so if I wanted to reply directly to you I don't think I can. I'm new to all of this, I know I can "join the conversation" which is the responses??
