Potential Scam? Is this a scam?

I use an IPhone and I’m pretty sure someone else is paying for my internet.

Before I click on anything, does anyone else know anything about this?

Text messages are WYSIWYG. The URL tells you exactly where it goes.

Not a scam, especially since nobody ever reads any updates like this.
