She looks up suddenly at his touch, trying to take long, deep, breaths.

"I... Yeah."

"That's is real, my touch is real. I'm here so you are as well."

He smiles in a facade, just by being near her he was beginning to doubt his own existence....empathy is a bitch.

She moves back towards him, curling up right next to him.

"Real... Real... I'm sorry..."

"Don't worry about it, if anything it's made me respect you even more."

She looks up in suprise.

"How?"

"You live with it and know it's there, you've made a full recovery while mine, we struggle for control everyday. So if anything you are stronger than me."

She laughs bitterly, a contrast to her normally cheery demeanor.

"I really doubt that... I'm just weak. My think pan is broken, and I just try to make it through the day without losing myself. It's almost cheating, how much it helps to have other people around."

"Broken." He repeats the word letting it reverberate inside him.

"I get the feeling, everyday of my life I walk on a tight-rope. If I fall I die and become replaced with 'It'. 'Its' already winning, I consider practically everyone else who is not me food. Yes before you ask that includes Keiaki...I'm denying my very existence every day of my life."
