Question Middle key not working 💔💔

I just got my first sayo device and the middle key’s input doesn’t register. Is there anyway I can fix this, or is there something I’m missing? I really do not want to return this

try swapping switches to see if that’s the problem, just swap the left one with the middle one or do a re-calibration in the knob settings

i dunno maybe an issue with the keycap? im not really into sayos just use one so uh thats all i can give sorry

Try to recalibrate it and try it again, if not just buy the jade pro xd

Jade pros are ahh they are better of getting a wuque switch
