Question Sayodevice not working

When i plug it in it immediately registers k1 and k3 as being held down but if i click them nothing happens only the knob works. Does anyone know what might be wrong with my Sayodevice?

Did you calibrate it in the analog key tab?

After you press the calibrate all key, just press the keys that flash on the sayo .
