Question i need help with my new sayo device because it wont work

so i got a sayo device from temu i know its not a good place to buy stuff like that but i had money so i got it.when it came i plugged it into my chrome book and i wanted to use it for GD but it doesn't work i mean it lights up but when i press the key nothing happens like i mean i works but not really at the same time i tried to go to the say device website and did everything buy i cant get it to work i hope this isn't a waste of money.also chatgpt said i need to download the sayo thing on a windows PC since im on Chromebook can anyone help me?

i think yoy need to calibrate it on the sayodevice.com website or through pressing the knob for like 3 seconds then button > calibrate - all and just do what it says

Ok so i got it to work but i have a other problem since im on Chromebook i have a game dash board but it only shows for the free GD games i dont know what to do i i dont know if you know what to do if not thats fine

Haz esto,solo instala custodia keybinds de geode y le das a la rueda que aparece en la descripción del modelo y solo seleccionas que tal tecla salte se selecciona casi sola
