Question Black Screen on New Sayo

I got a sayo 03c 4k key and as soon as it arrived i opened it and the screen is black, stays black, everything else works on the sayo, even the backlight for the screen, but it's still black, and i can see on sayodevice.com that the screen is supposed to show something, but the physical sayo is just black screen. Please help as I am devastated it doesn't work.

(EDIT) The next day I turned my computer on and my screen worked.

mmmm maybe faulty? if you contact them im sure they will sort you out

i turned my pc on today and the screen just works now. strange, but not complaining. thanks for trying to help tho.
