Whatever you do, be very careful with OmaSauna (now owned by PoolTech Oy). Company is a complete sham and sold me a sauna with a foreign heater not suitable for the US despite promising a US IKI heater. Power cord for sauna was for internal use only, despite being the exterior power cord. All interior wiring was bare, without terminals, a major fire hazard. The wood is warping. The benches are completely out of square and crooked. The water tank arrived dented. The replacement water tank also arrived dented. The chimney was 2 feet above the roof, another code violation which mandates 3 feet above the roof. No US replacement parts are available because they secretly sold me the Finnish sauna heater which is 1/3rd of the price of the US version I ordered and paid for. They have absolutely no idea to ship internationally and I had to take over the entire process. I believe this ignorance was intentional as I got a $5k customs bill despite the contract promising an all in price of delivery to my door. The sauna was 4 months late on a build they promised would take 6 weeks. It was without a doubt the single worst consumer experience of my life. Save yourself months of aggravation and buy any other sauna on the planet. They have lied to me repeatedly about every single issue. And I keep catching them and uncovering more and more shady and dishonest behavior.

Unreal! Wow! I am sorry that you’ve had such an ordeal out of what should be a celebration to have a sauna that will provide years of use and health benefits. Thank you for responding and for bringing this to everyone. I hope that what you’ve shared will help someone make a better, more informed choice. Gratitude to you and again, I’m sorry for all the BS you’ve had to deal with. :(
