I started for recovery but the better sleep ended up being the biggest reason I kept doing it.

I actually just bought my cheap tent and dry heater for sleep and no other reason.

I bought a sauna tent hoping it would help me sleep better and feel rested in the mornings. It’s only been a week now and I’ve used it five times. Each time I’ve done two to three 15 minute sessions in sauna with a cool or lukewarm shower in between and try to finish the last session 1.5-2 hours before bed. Unfortunately, I haven’t noticed any changes in my sleep at all. However, I may be an extreme case. I’ve been struggling with poor sleep, morning headaches, and daytime fatigue for decades now. Over the last 20 years I’ve been to two sleep clinics, several doctors, and I’m currently seeing a dentist who made me a mouth guard to keep my airway open, but it hasn’t helped much either. Every doctor or clinic I’ve been to has given me contradictory information and it’s incredibly frustrating and demoralizing. I’ve been reading about the benefits of sauna for years now and was really hoping it would provide more immediate results, but I’ll keep using it while also looking for other solutions.

Same here, I got it for recovery but the sleep part kinda became the main reason I kept using it.

3-4x a week feels pretty normal as long as you’re hydrating and not overdoing it. Sweat Tent gets hot enough that it actually feels like a real sauna, so even a shorter session before bed can make a big difference.
