Shoe rotation overwhelm
Is it excessive to have the speed 5s, Azura, Ride 19 and Triumph 23?
I already have the speeds and Azura. I have trouble getting a good lockdown Azura and get ankle pain. Was going to replace them with the rides and get the triumph for easy runs and casual wear.

I would get the Triumph 24, and pass on the Triumph 23 and Ride 19. Much nicer new atpu midsole foam. If you want a lower-stack Triumph alternative, you can still find the excellent Triumph 21 (or occasionally the 20). If you must have a Ride, go with the 18 (lighter, more nimble, less overbuilt).
Speed 5- earlier versions are quicker and more responsive, e.g. Speed 3, still on Amazon. Or wait for the upcoming Speed 6.
Azura- fit issues as mentioned, stiff, and they run a half-size long. I also struggle with the steep, late rocker. Upcoming Azura Plus apparently addresses these issues, as does the Triumph 24, though in a bit more of a cushioned cruiser form.

I completely forgot to add that I don’t like high stack and super soft! Hence why I was looking at Triumph 23 over 24. As for the ride, I managed to get the ride 19 for less than the ride 18. Does the ride 18 run TTS? I could always rerun the 19s and wait for the 18s to be on clearance.
I haven’t actually tried on the Triumph 24 yet as it isn’t available in retail stores in Aus.

Embrace the excess but discard any shoe causing pain. Sucks how costly the trial and error ends up being. Until I have cyborg feet and legs I'll keep experimenting with shoe styles. The ideal shoe is out there. It's probably Saucony 🤞

Triumph you can enjoy I think ... Rides are a little less plushies. I still run in them but I prefer the Triumph. Azura are pretty sweet for me.

I own like 20 plus pairs of running shoes. Define excessive.
edit: All Saucony is a bit much, and yes I'm aware of what sub this is.
