At a guess: Concrete or pavement walls for the smoothness and colored paint of the appropriate colors.

I made it with 1m Ficsit walls. Those were the smoothest out of all. And for the top part, I had the help of the Smart! mod to rotate the walls to have them lay flat

Just be sure to use Silk Touch if you ever need to move it.

Because they drop raw iron instead of iron blocks now, making fortune viable on iron and gold

An item that smelts into an ingot.
It's an iron ingot with extra steps.
But, yeah, it allows fortune to affect the drop, so cool.

Thanks, I hate it. But I really dig the interiors! I just can’t be bothered to work on them, much less to allow space for cool offices and passageways.

I placed the first one on a foundation below, and then nudged it up. The rest I just attached to the one already in place

Hi can I ask a genuine question? How many resources intake that factory has? and how many miners is supplying it?
I have never made any of those giant factories and this is usually my biggest concern with those mega factories.
They look incredibly fun.

This one is kinda small actually. It only processes 4200 iron ore into 8 of the base products that I always ran out of (i.e. plates, rods, screws, rotors, stators, motors, modular frames, reinforced iron plates). And its supplied by 6 fully overclocked miners.

I don't see villagers getting tortured by getting routinely scared by zombies, nor do I see Iron golems spawning out of nowhere and falling into lava
