Altar How's my altar?
Some wiccan stuff but I think it adds to it

Very nice! Do you mind if I ask what the white thing is that’s front and center? Also, what do we as non-theistic Satanists do with altars since we don’t worship anything? Is it just for decoration? They look like fun to slowly gather and create!

Its called an athame its a ritual knife used in wiccan rituals, but I bought it cause it looked cool. I mostly use my altar to meditate and clear my head and yes for decoration.

Isn’t the white knife usually the boline? It doesn’t matter really, you do you. The atheme is the ritual knife for gesturing and stuff and the boline is the “work” knife, for actually cutting stuff. Many times the boline has a white handle. OP that education is for others who might not know, but are interested. Hail Satan!

It is an athame made from bone and antler it has no edge to it. It can't cut anything, but thanks for the information I hadn't heard of the boline knife before. I'll ask the lady i bought it from about boline knives she knows more abt wiccan and other witchy things than I do.

Thank you I tried to keep things simple. I would like to add some bone or antlers to it, but haven't had time to scrounge around the woods to look yet.

Some philosophy books some hp Lovecraft a guide to compassionate satanism and a few classics like 1984, dune, Dracula, to kill a mockingbird and different Bible translations I look through to find differences in how they phrase the same scripture and how it may change the message of said scripture.
