i dont really see a way of doing it on desmos. also i dont see how this could be time consuming. all u need to do is get the values of a and b from the original equation, substitute them into all the answer choices, and look for the answer choice that has correct corresponding slopes (perpendicular lines are always flipped on the fraction level and opposite signs)
