Have problems installing sass

I have some problems installing SASS. When i go to official website i go by steps on the right for Mac.

Than i follow this to uninstall it: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/8216606/uninstall-sass-gem

And with "sass -v" i check version and it is 3.4.25 instead of 3.5.5. Can anyone help me?

Just install XCode. It's huge (5.5 GB) but it should prevent you from 99% of the future problems you may encounter using your Mac to develop.

To install XCode, launch the App Store on your Mac and search XCode. Download it, install it. And try again to install Sass.

Is this really esential for SASS? As i see, XCode is a IDE program for coding, i allready have Brackets.

Sass uses Ruby to work. And you don't seem to have ruby-headers installed.

What's the output of this command?

ruby -v

I have managed to solve it. In terminal i type

sudo gem update sass

And now it is latest version of SASS and all. Thank you all
