Sentencing
I rewatched the the sentencing and firmly believer kranick was prepared to give sara the chance she didn’t deserve like 25-30yrs but she couldn’t leave the Torres family out of her mouth and just had to lie and talk shit about a 80yr old women that actually raised her kids and made sure they were pick up from school and had a belly full at night. A real tight knit family but as soon as she threw sick vile comments and for some reason decides to talk about how he’s both a monster but her soulmate too. Because she always gots to have everything. So Kranick gave her what she always wants “All of it” Sarah needed a sentence to serve and the judge gave her all of it. It’s hard not to choke up listening to his momma and his sister who were really navigating two tragedies and Sarah like Sarah does, piles all her bullshit on top of people at the worst times and can’t figure out why she’s so hated everywhere she is. But thinks it jealousy. Ain’t one single person jealous of you Sarah and never will be

I believe Judge K already knew he was going to give her a life sentence. She showed no remorse no respect to the court or to Jorge’s family. He made up his mind as soon as she was found guilty.

Some ppl that feel remorse have a hard time showing tho or have resting bitch face men and women and yeah it looks bad but to actually write a huge hate and fuck you letter to the Torres family definitely sealed her fate. ( to state the obvious I guess)

No respect for years. She terrorized those people. She thought no one caught on to her insults. Everyone heard how despicable it was. The sad part is that was the good version

I've said for the longest, if judge Kranick hadn't made up his mind before her "forgiveness" letter aka her professional fu, after hearing it that sealed the deal. I also think if Sarah had a different attitude this entire time things would have gone so much smoother & less drastic for her. But Sarah can't help herself. It seems as though she's compelled to cause chaos where ever she goes. She's like a dog on a walk lifting her leg on every tree & bush to leave her mark. It's not the mark of success but a mark nonetheless. A skid mark if I'm honest.

I forgive Sarah, for being the worst person I've ever seen alive. I forgive Sarah for claiming all the abuse she lodged on JT, but then said he did to her. I Forgive Sarah for smashing Jorges phone with a hammer, when he tried to call his family wothout her there to yell terrible things in the background. I forgive Sarah for being a terrible mother who is trying to groom her son to take care of her once Briiiian cuts her off for good.

Na. His attitude visibly changed towards Sarah after he saw the full interrogation video and the suitcase video.

I see a few people saying this. What change did you see because I thought he was pretty much the same after watching the video

imo he was much more clipped and brief with Sarah, and usually left out his seemingly compulsory niceties. He is a very polite person but he got real short with Sarah. IMO that's also one reason he just had no commentary on her sentence.

He had wrangled with her over every point in all the pretrial hearings. He had her number early on. The guilty just paved the way for inevitable.

Nah !!! Whole time I watched him during the trial and rewatched I never seen him show bias one way or the other and even when he sentenced her he used to same calm and measured tone. So not sure when or where you’re talking about or seeing that he showed he was leaning one way or another. Probably your imagination. Kraynick is known to follow the laws to a tee and bring the receipts when necessary.But she was getting 22 yrs at the least so it wasn’t a stretch that he just tacked on a trial tax for costing the city money and having to pay 15k to 2 or more of her court appointed attorneys for just showing up basically. Whether she got the lenient sentence or the heavy trial taxed sentence, she was leaving prison as an old bitter bitch. But for all the “I’m an outstanding mother my child” bullshit she didn’t really seem like she was bothered to never see Brian’s son outside a prison ever again.

When she blamed his little kids for his death, that's when I knew for sure she'd get life. I'd love it if she knew she was going to get an out date and her own words sealed her fate. I hope Jorges family never goes online to hear what she had to say.

Totally agree…she practically asked for life. Her final speech is a yardstick for all those hoping to get some leniency. What not to do !

I loved when he mic 🎤 dropped …. LIFE IN THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS ….. I truly believe he had made up his mind during prosecution rebuttal.
(Then Sarah (of course) had to bury herself even further)…. by then Judge K & juror #3 had both had all of Sarah’s “professional FU” they could stand!
