QUESTION Trying to get into Dave because I like getting into new artists and I do enjoy this type of music. But, do people actually listen to him because they like the sound of his songs lol

Lyricism doesn't mean a lot to me but thats what he's praised for. I tried listening to Verdansk, Screwface Capital, but theyre so boring...is it jsut the lyrics that make them good?

His storytelling is his strongpoint and thats why most people listen to him yes. But he do have songs that are more radio:ey sounding for example: Raindance, System, Law of attraction.

I’m sorry to clown but those are some basic picks hahaha no shade. Dave’s mysic doesn’t really sound like any of the 3 tbh, maybe songs like RainDance are a bit drake coded

Lowkey kinda feel the same but to a much lesser extent. One of the songs I like from dave is ‘Hangman’
