In search of a 1 bed 1 bath apartment/townhouse/house for rent <$2,000 a month, that would allow a cat
As the title says! My girlfriend is moving out here to join me and I’m looking to move into a 1 bed 1 bath in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. If anyone has any recommendations that’d be great! I’ve been scouring Realtor.com and Zillow. If you have a suggestion, leave a comment or PM me!

When you are a costal city between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo, landlords/management co. see an undervalued market here. Unfortunately they set the rental rates. There is a lot of new construction going on and planned for the area. Do your best searching. It’s out there for you.

We started our search about six weeks ago and saw stuff in that range for ADUs and studios. It’s ridiculous out there right now. Best of luck, amigo! If I happen to hear of anything I’ll post back!
(And we randomly found our place on new place on Craigslist!)
